Home of the Twin Creeks Ranch
The goal of Twin Creeks Ranch is to develop a solid working equine partner. Our Andalusians , Quarter horses and Peruvians are used in work on the ranch in our cattle operation. While the training of our Peruvian horses is geared toward individual needs and sound basics, we also develop Peruvian horses for the show ring. Our specialty is to encourage the horses to work with their riders on the trail and in performance events such as Parades exhibitions shows and working cattle on the ranch. Our goal with the Peruvian horses that we breed and raise has been to create a "finished horse" that can compete under side saddle in any situation. Many of our horses have been used in the Texas Ladies Aside drill team over the years.
Our Andalusian horses are trained in the classical manner, and are used in dressage, as well as Doma Vaquera, the Spanish and Portuguese style of cow horse training. And in fact have won National honors in the IALHA doma Vaquera competition, as well as performing in dressage.
Our Quarter horses are mostly trained for western reining, working cow horse, and roping. Feel free to browse our horse lists. If you see something you like please contact us so we can begin selecting the perfect mount for you.
